Breast Augmentation with Shaped Implants

Height: 5 ft. 8 in.│Weight: 125 lbs.

Never developing any significant breast size, this 32 year old female was evaluated for breast enhancement. Her goals were to gain more volume and shape. Dimensional sizing was performed, and she elected to use a shaped, high profile, silicone “gummy bear” implant with a volume of 425cc. She is fairly short chested, and did not require a teardrop shaped implant, which would have provided fullness too high on the chest wall. With the position of the implants in conjunction with the muscle release, she was able to gain the cleavage she desired with minimal movement of the breasts with lifting or other arm movements. She is extremely pleased with her enhancement.
