Mastopexy Augmentation

Height: 5 ft.│Weight: 100 lbs.

After noticing a significant loss of volume to the breasts after having her two children, this 26 year old female was seen in consultation for options regarding her breasts. She had noticeably asymmetry, where the left breast seemed to drop more than the right. Her goals were to achieve a full breast like she had before children, but also balance. Implant sizing with a dimensional approach showed that a round silicone gel implant would be the right implant for her. In addition to breast augmentation, she had a breast lift (mastopexy) to elevate the nipple and tighten the skin envelope around the implant. Different sized implants were used to achieve symmetry. A 400cc implant on the left and a 450 cc on the right balanced her breast size. Here she is pictured 11 months after surgery is very happy with her results.
