Licensed Massage Therapist
Regina graduated in 2010 in massage therapy from Everest Institute located in Tigard, Oregon. She has always had an interest in the healing arts. She was attracted towards massage therapy in particular because of its gentle, yet effective approaches toward health and well-being. Massage therapy has the ability to stimulate the body’s innate self-healing mechanism known as the parasympathetic nervous system. The work she does is heart centered with an intuitive touch. Regina’s technique is gentle, yet firm and pressure ranges between a classic, relaxing, Swedish massage to a more intense deep tissue massage, all dependent on the client’s preference. She likes to encourage self-care for all of her clients. Often she will suggest stretches to do at home to help optimize the effects of their massage. In her free time, Regina enjoys reading, doing yoga, deepening her meditation practice, cooking with friends, hiking and camping.
